The more you take care of your rented car, the lesser you pay. To make sure our cars are always in a good condition, service fees are applicable and we want you to know exactly what you pay for.
- Rental
- Unsuccessfull Charge of Installment/Monthly Extension KWD 15 for 3 days delay and more than 3 days KWD 25
- Late Return Fee 1 day rental/KWD 10 whichever is higher
- Pre Pone | Post-Pone Reservation KWD 5
- Any Ammendments to the Reservation /E -Ticket KWD 5
- Change of Installment Date (On Aproval) KWD 25

- Return of Vehicle in Different Emirates KWD 5

- Cancelled due to Incomplete Documents 10% or KWD 5 whichever is higher
- Non-Rental
- Salik Usage per trip (If Applicable) As Per Standard Rate
- Unsuccessfull Charge/Payment Decline of Salik (if Applicable) KWD 2
- Unsuccessfull Charge/Payment Decline for any Non Rental KWD 15 for 3 days delay and more than 3 days KWD 25
- Non Fueling of vehicles on return/End of agreement Actual Fuel cost + 20%

- Drained battery fee or leaving the headlights on ( On Site Visit) Actual Cost + 15%
- Non-charging of Electric vehicles when at or below 50 kms driving range KWD 20
- Traffic Fines

- Parking outside of authorized parking zones KWD 25

- BMW - Excess amount in case of Accidents (irrespective of nature of the damage) with driver under 25 years of age or an unauthorized driver KWD 1000 + 100% of the Total Claim Amount

- For any legal formalities, an additional fee will be applicable 15% of the total decline amount + any legal fees, document charges, court fees etc (as per actuals) Actual Charges + 15%
